There are various types of rubber conveyor belts such as endless, open, confection etc and can be customized as per specific requirements of our customers. Rubber conveyor belts are a cost-effective way of conveying bulk solid materials over a distance. These belts are material handling and are manufactured from two elements such as a central resistant carcass to provide elongations and tensile strength to product. Cotton conveyor belts: These belts are known for their mechanical and physical characteristics and are used in different industries. These belts are tough and flexible resisting the tendency on the bolt heads by their close weave to pull through the fabric of the cotton conveyor beltings and these belts are useful in conveying heavy loads. These belts are single integrated textile belts and are woven in two, three, four or five ply construction with high quality virgin cotton yarns.

These belts carry fish meat, soyabean draff and other oily materials consisting of non-polar organic fuel and solvents as these belts confirm to IS-1891 (Part-III). These belts are not affected by naphthene-based oils, vegetable fats, paraffin oil, animal fats, petrol etc.
